FRONT PACK SWIM

CREATED FOR OLYMPIANS, PERFECTED FOR ALL TRIATHLETES

The New Opportunity

Our system was developed over the past decade & has been proven with the best Olympians & Professional Triathletes in the world.

Until recently, we were limited to work exclusively with only these athletes.

That all changed when our system finally became available to triathletes of all levels and abilities.

In the beginning people were keeping Front Pack Swim as their “secret weapon.”

They would go from hating swimming & not improving for years, to loving swimming & coming out of the water first!

These results would happen in a matter of weeks and they didn’t want others to know how they were doing it.

But word quickly grew and this new opportunity is now becoming the standard for Age Group Triathletes who want to transform their swim & come out of the water first.

Imagine what you could accomplish if you had access to the exact same system that prepared numerous Triathletes for the Olympic Games?

Fortunately, you don’t have to imagine any longer.

This is your opportunity to become a Front Pack Swimmer!

How Front Pack Swim Works

  • Pillar 1: The Custom Stroke

Most triathletes have no idea that they need a custom stroke built for them. They try to swim like someone who is 6”4, even if they are 5’4..

This will never work because they are fighting their body’s mechanics and using a technique that is not meant for them. This is why youtube videos, online courses & masters workouts will never work.

If 30 athletes of all shapes & sizes, who race different distances are being taught the same technique, then many of them are actually engraining a technique that will make them worse.

This is why you seem them plateau without improvement year after year despite working so hard.

You MUST have a custom stroke that is optimized for your height, body type, strengths & weaknesses.

  • Pillar 2: Swim IQ

Most people are told the same thing month after month, year after year. A coach will keep repeating phrases like “don’t drop your elbow” or “you’re dropping your elbow” and the athlete makes zero progress.

This method of coaching will never work because they athlete doesn’t actually know why they need to make these changes & how it will benefit them. This is magnified when they don’t have a coach on deck or at the race as they will be completely lost.

Instead, you must know everything about your stroke, how it works, why you need to make the technical changes we ask you to and more importantly - how.

Once you have this “Swim IQ” you will be able to coach yourself through sessions and immediately feel when something is off. You will then have all the tools needed to correct it on the spot.

  • Pillar 3: Custom Drills

    What does a drill do?

It isolates a certain movement to really focus on that one skill in order to engrain the motor patterns so that movement becomes automatic.

But what most triathletes & coaches don’t realize is that drills are like medicine. The right medicine can really help you… but the wrong medicine can actually make you much worse & can be fatal.

The same is true with swim technique. For example, if you are under 6’3 & are doing catch up drill, then that drill is actually making you worse!

You would be better off not doing any drills, rather than purposely engraining a technique that is the opposite of what we want.

The 3rd phase of our system gives you the exact drills you need to focus on that will engrain the custom technique we’ve built for you.

  • Pillar 4: Customized Conditioning

With every stroke you are getting better or getting worse.

If you are swimming too much mileage under fatigue & a broken down stroke then you are literally engraining that technique with every workout.

This is why we hear about triathletes who went on “high mileage training camps,” only to come back slower than they were before.

The engine is not the problem.

You already have the fitness to achieve your swim goals.

    The problem is your technique.

So we will have you do shorter repeats on more rest until the technique is perfect.

Once the technique is engrained, THEN we start to up the mileage. Because now the stroke it’s breaking down.
