Erin Densham is a 3x Olympian & Olympic medalist from Australia. She worked with Front Pack Swim primarily during 2017.

Erin is an incredible athlete who loves to compete. She always wants to know why things are done certain ways and how simple tweaks in technique can drastically improve her swim performance.

Tyler Mislawchuk is a Canadian Triathlete & 2X Olympian. He worked closely with Front Pack Swim for 4 years & completely transformed his swim during this time.

Tyler loves to learn about technique & increase his swim IQ. His curiosity, coupled with his work ethic & consistency are just some of the characteristics that make him such a great athlete.

Hannah Henry is an elite Triathlete & NCAA Champion who competes for Arizona State University’s collegiate team.

Hannah worked closely with Front Pack Swim for a long period of time during the 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020 seasons.

Hannah has an unbelievable work ethic and is extremely consistent. You can always count on her to bring her best effort to every workout.

Alexis Lepage is a Canadian Triathlete & Olympian. He worked closely with Front Pack Swim for 3 years during the 2019, 2020 and 2021 seasons leading up to the Olympic Games.

Alexis is a very talented triathlete with superb attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new skills. He has an amazing lunge stroke, which has helped him become one of the fastest swimmers in triathlon.

Desirae works extremely hard & is very competitive during both practice & races. She loves to race hard & push herself each day.

Ryan Bailie is an Australian Triathlete & Olympian.

He worked with Front Pack Swim during the 2019 season & achieved amazing improvements on his swim during this time.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He is a very competitive athlete with an extremely high Swim IQ.

He is able to change his speed as needed in a race using his double lunge, lunge and two track stroke.

He is a very coachable athlete & was able to make changes to his stroke very quickly while working with Front Pack.

Aiden Longcroft-Harris is an elite triathlete who is one of the fastest swimmers in the sport of triathlon.
